DSA’s Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten’s goal is to provide a safe, secure environment for our little ones conducive to learning through inquiry-based play and hands-on activities. All the while supporting the home and nurturing a strong moral character based on Biblical principles, love of God and Country, each day for each child.
Preschool & Pre-K
Preschool (3 year olds) and Pre-Kindergarten (4 year olds) enjoy learning and playing together with others in their classes. Through these experiences skills are developed over the course of the year forming building blocks for kindergarten.

We use curricula from a variety of sources to optimize each learning experience.
In addition to the subject areas of focus, our program includes recess twice a day, snack and lunch time, nap, and related arts (Library, Music, Art, Gardening, Technology, Drama, and Physical Education).

Hi, I have been blessed to be teaching at Dayspring since 2014. I graduated from Austin Peay State University and completed the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA) receiving my certification for Center-Based Orientation.
